Pat Allinson has been Principal of The Compensation Company since 1989 providing services to organizations within private, public and non-for-profit (both Non-Union and Union environments) sectors. Pat has worked with Leadership Teams and Boards of Directors to effectively re-align HR programs.

Pat's proficient Human Resources know-how includes participation on various committees, as well as visiting lecturer on compensation practices, trends and strategies within the marketplace.

Pat holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Psychology) from Carleton University, a CHRP designation and is a member of the Human Resources Professionals Association of Ontario and The Markham Board of Trade.
